Our dough is slowly cold fermented to reduce gluten, drive superior flavour and texture and improve digestibility. It is made only with Snowy Mill’s Australian flour blend, pure mountain rainwater, a little extra virgin olive oil and a touch of salt — no industrial yeast, preservatives or any bakery chemicals. An award winning prestige white sourdough loaf with the aroma and nutrition that only premium ingredients and a long slow and natural fermentation can provide. Sourdough Fruit Loaf

Our spectacular Sourdough Fruit Loaf brings together the natural sweetness of dried fruits with the goodness of stoneground wholewheat in a beautifully balanced loaf. Champion of the Show at the Canberra Royal in 2022, it’s a fruit loaf like no other. A toasted slice of this needs nothing other than butter or a we-know-you-are-human-after-all dollop of double cream.
