We started Snowy Mill to fill a gap in the market for genuinely artisanal, locally-made sourdough, perfect for the unique establishments of this stunning region. By focusing on the best ingredients and supporting local production, we ensure that your customers receive the freshness and quality they expect.
Since 2021, we’ve expanded our selection with various classic and creative sourdough options. Each loaf undergoes a two-day natural fermentation process using premium Australian hard wheat flour, a dash of extra virgin olive oil, pure mountain water, and a hint of sea salt. This process brings a unique depth of flavour and keeps our bread free from preservatives and commercial yeast.
